Terms of Service

Please read completely before Commissioning

 

These terms are subject to change without prior notice.

 

By reading the Terms of Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms for your commission. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order and possible blacklisting. In case of dispute these terms will be referred to.

 

The Artist reserves the right to decline a commission for any reason.

 

The following CAN be drawn:

• Females, Males, and Non-Binary individuals

• Original Characters

• Fan Characters

• Shipping Art (Any orientation)

• Some gore

 

The following CANNOT be drawn:

• Not Safe for Work Content (NSFW). This includes some nudity, fetishes, hardcore pornography, rape, pedophilia, incest, bestiality, and heavy gore.

• Any form of discriminatory art that targets groups, organizations or individuals. This includes people belonging to a specific gender, race, religion, sexuality, political views, or organization.

• Mecha

• Heavily Detailed Armor/Weapons

• Anything the Artist may not feel comfortable drawing (Ask if you’re unsure)

 

PAYMENT

 

Payment must be paid through invoice via wix/paypal

 

FULL Payment must be provided after reaching agreement for service. If you cannot pay immediately you will be given a 5 day grace period. If the grace period finishes and payment is not received, your commission will be canceled.

 

The Artist will not begin your order until after receiving payment.

Ordering

 

The queue is organized with the idea of “First-come, first-served” ideal.

 

Reference image(s) must be provided to give the idea of your envisioned order. Extra details such as posing, expression, etc can be provided, but must be specific.

 

Deadlines

 

After payment and ordering, It is possible for the work to be done quickly. This can change depending on life circumstances. Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete.

 

If a specific deadline is required, please notify the Artist asap. Depending on the complexity of the piece an extra fee may be added.

 

Work-In-Progress (WIPS)

 

During the work progress, at least 2 WIPS (Initial sketch and base coloring) will be provided to assure approval of each step. Every WIP will have the Artists watermark on it, and the client does not have the rights to any of the WIPS created by the artist.

 

If a major sketch revision is needed, the first one will be free of charge, Anymore than one, will result in additional fees based on the time it takes to be revised.

 

Major changes during the color/rendering process such as entire outfits, poses, full backgrounds, etc will require an additional fee charged based on the time it takes for the revision to be completed.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

 

A full refund is applicable if 2 months have passed since initial payment and no progress has been made for the order. A partial refund may be applicable if some progress had been made in 2 months.

 

Refunds are not applicable after the final product is completed, even if the buyer suffers from buyers remorse or is dissatisfied 

 

If the client is to harass the Artist in any way (Ex. being rude, aggressive, threatening, inappropriate, excessive demanding, etc), the Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission and refund partially, depending on how much of the commission had been worked on. The remaining funds are kept as compensation for wasting the Artists time.

 

The Artist may choose to refund for any reasons not listed with a provided explanation.

 

Copyright

 

The Artist will retain all rights for the WIPS and Final artwork produced.

 

If the character commissioned is an original character of the client, the client retains the rights to said character.

 

Do not crop, edit, block or remove the Artists signature in the final image

 

The client may use the final product for any personal use such as printing, profile picture, etc. unless stated otherwise.

 

If the Client wants to repost the final product anywhere, they can post on social media provided they credit the Artist and provide at least one social media username/handles in the post.

 

Finished Product

 

The Artist will provide the finished product files in .PNG and .JPEG formats typically

 

If commissioned an Animation or Gif, finished product files will be provided as .MP4 or .GIF

 

If commissioned Emotes, several files will be sent as .PNG. They will be 500x500px (Original File), 112x112px, 56x56px, 28x28px and a save for web file

 

All files will be sent via email provided by the client
